Staff were very helpful and provided assistance at all times. Only downside was that they didn't offer to change our sheets until late morning on the third day (via a note on the door) by which we had left for the day. As a result we stayed 4 nights on the same sheets (not too bad, but not good for a guesthouse). If you 'like' the hostel online you can get free towels for the duration of your stay but it is up to you to launder them if you want clean ones everyday. Rachel, from Australia ~ 28th Jan 2013

Ein sehr schönes Hostel, das ich weiterempfehlen würde und auch selbst wieder besuchen würde. Ein eher ruhiges Hostel, definitiv keine Partystimmung. Aber man kann trotzdem sehr gut Leute kennen lernen. Zur U-Bahn Station Asakusa etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg, was aus meiner Sicht vollkommen ok ist. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, so dass Eigenverpflegung kein Problem ist. Die Küche im Hostel ist sauber und kann auf jeden Fall sinnvoll genutzt werden. Really liked the staff here. They were super-friendly and spoke good English. They also helped with everything we could think of from booking bus to getting around Tokyo! Also provided maps of the area and recommendations where to eat etc... Kari, from Finland ~ 22nd Jul 2012
