During my four night stay there was no running water the entire time.They provided instead large jugs of water outside each door.When I asked for a discount for the inconvenience the staff was very upset and made it seem like it was my own fault that I wanted to take a shower after sightseeing in 100F heat.It was the only time in the Siem Reap that I felt taken advantage of.If I had known there was no running water I would have booked another guesthouse instead. The staff was wonderful and helpful! The food was reeaaally good at the restaurant. We made a mistake having the cheapest room which was on the highest floor and it was so HOT in the night that it was impossible to sleep there even though the fan was on all the time. I would recommend to spend a little more money and take a room with AC . Only one of the shared bathrooms had a working water system which was a bit annoying. Overall a nice guesthouse anyway! This place was awesome! Everything was clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is also pretty good. The one thing I wish they would have mentioned is the fact that on Wednesday morning a loudspeaker located directly outside the hostel blares prayer music starting at 5am and did not stop by the time we left to visit Ankor at 6:30. It wouldn't have been so bad had they warned us, because then we would have just gotten up and left for Ankor sooner since it opens at 5:30am. Kelly, from USA ~ 20th Feb 2013
