GOOD: Great party atmosphere for college-age kids. Beds, lockers, mini lockers, shower rooms were great (big, clean, & many of them). The Mai Chau tour was one of the best experiences I had in my 2-week tour of Vietnam I hope to take it again next year.BAD: Many of the computers on the ground floor often had internet that wasn't working, and the computers on the 5th floor were not even functional (frozen screen, no mouse, etc). Great experience overall. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and perctly located in the backpackers district (district 1). As it was my first day ever in Vietnam I was a little taken a back initially because my single room didn't have a window, but I soon learned alot of rooms in Vietnam are like that because most building are very narrow. This is a place where it feels like a family. The place is clean and they provide really good service. The staff there are friendly and they take the effort to help you in whichever way they can.
