In close walking distance to everything in Kusadasi. Rooms are spacious and clean and the owners are very friendly and personable... always there to help with information and suggestions. Laid back atmosphere where you can meet other travelers. The pool looks nice, I didn't go in it but it's very convenient for a quick dip. If you have a chance, eat there when they have the bbq. Central location, pool, great outdoor cafe with nightly fresh-cooked dinners, Sezgin is also good about organizing day trips to Ephesus, etc. I do highly recommend, but I was a bit annoyed when the conversion from TL to Euro was somehow 24.5, when I knew it was closer 2.3. Minor annoyance, but still...that's a couple of of cups of Turkish tea ) Eric, from USA ~ 25th May 2012

As a backbacker, you can put up with varying degrees of cleanliness, which in this case was very poor, but rudeness and laziness from the owner and staff accompanied by an overbearing negative attitude are not ever going to cut it. From the owner on down, this place was a complete disaster that forced me to cut short my stay and find other accommodations. This is without a doubt th lost place I've ever stayed.
