The directions were very confusing as the hostel was titled "Smart Hyde Park View" on the confirmation, but the actual building had "Craven Hotel" on its front. The street address was also different than the actual location. The difference was only a couple blocks away but very confusing for those not from the area. The room itself was pleasant and clean. Security is very good. You need the keycard to enter the hostel and again to enter in your room. Each bed has curtains, which is nice. Our bathroom was pretty clean. But if you think breakfast is an important meal, don't go there. If you love meeting new people, don't go there either. Simple, cheap and clean hostel. Lockers in room as well as bed curtains provided an extra sense of security and privacy. Good value for money. The only disadvantage is that you must have cash upon arrival to pay the security deposit. This can be inconvenient to folks that rely heavily on debit/credit cards.
