From my experience from other hostels, this one doesn't give a private cleaned sheet for the bed. you going to sleep on what others slept. Moreover, no locker at the room. bathroom is one ONLY out of the room for all guests in the same floor. But when you want to take a shower please go to the 4th floor. Hostel's location is perfect: just a opposite of central trainstation. Room was bit shabby but everything was clean. The staff was extremely helpfull and breakfast was good (though it is not included the price). I definatelly would recommend this hostel if you are looking for cheap but comfortable place to stay. It's a good place and surely ok for the money you pay and the fact that you are basically right across the Munich central station and also the Karlsplatz which is the starting point of the main sightseeing area. The room and bathroom was very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that you cannot lock the door from the inside. Shabby probably would be a little bit too much said, but generally the hotel has a rather rundown atmosphere in the hallways and the elevator, but still acceptable. Actually it is booked on a wrong date. We found it out serveral days later and totally upset. However, this hostel promised us that they will offer a discount if we still live in their hotel on the right day. However, when I booked the room with them through email, they raise the money from like 40 euro to incredible 80 euro. That's what they called for "discount". What a shame! I've stayed in a lot of hostels but this was one of the best.The twin bed private room was perfect for my friend and I.The hostel was just a block from the central train station and very well appointed.The only drawback was that the wifi had a very short range just in the downstairs area.Otherwise, a very nice place to stay. The hostel is very, very close to the train station, but not so close to the main attractions in the city (but there is a metro station very close, this is not a problem!).
