Great Hostel! The staff was very helpful and friendly and bilingual.There was an elevator which was very helpful.The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a nice kitchen available as well.The location was superb.I would definitely stay here again! Sallie, from USA ~ 13th May 2013

This was a great hostel. Right in the middle of all the major attractions, everything, including the metro, is easily accessible.Was a little tricky to find the first day but nice ladies on the street helped us! Pub crawl was amazing, staff were kind and spoke english very well, and gave direction when needed. Over all I would recommend this hostel to anyone! Christina, from Canada ~ 19th Apr 2013

The location is right at the heart of Madrid and all the major attractions can be reached on foot from the hostel. The facilities you get there are more akin to that of a hotel. We stayed in a 3 bed private room which included towels, bath tub, TV, lockers thus felt like a 3-star hotel. Experience with the stuff is a mixed bag, some of them are helpful while the others seemed a bit indifferent. I have put a wrong date for the arrival, I contact them on the day of the arrival to CHANGE IT, they said we'll charge you 30 EUROS and you are free to do another booking. Like with? The worst costumer experience ever!!! Balig, from Israel ~ 23rd Mar 2013

We upgrade to a room with private bathroom, it was pretty clean, the bed were so confortable and there's free wifi. The location is great, 2 metro station very close and 3-4 blocks away is the "mercado San Miguel", you have to go! it was one of the greatest thing in Madrid to eat. AMERICANS! If you want a safe comfortable place that is cheap this is the perfect place! The staff upgraded my two girls friends and i to a private bathroom suite so that we "would be more comfortable". Every night and day there is a great, cheap activity planned by the staff if you are unsure of what to do in Madrid but also only a ten min walk from ALL sights.
