It looks like a hotel, just some of the guests are not not that quit. Old building wich can be a little noisy, and it is the center of madrid....Great location

A bit noisy at night (Calle de Atocha, and students drunk singing in the corridors). No common room to meet new people, etc...

Can be very loud, but also quiet. Try to get a room with a window to the backyard.

Very nice Hostel in the middle of the centre! Small remarks about the not so very merry staff (helpful though) and the noicy rooms (trying to sleep at 11 o´clock is not a good idea)

Hey! We haven´t seen the hostel even if we booked it.They send us to another hostel, which seemed to be more a hotel. This one was (if you have choosed your own bathroom) good and vlean. If you choose the shared bathroom you have to share it with another 40people (one room with one shower and one toillet).

El sitio está bien ubicado, aunque cuesta trabajo encontrarlo la primera vez. El estaff es muy amable y la habitación doble en la que estuvimos estaba muy limpia y hasta tina tenía. Me pareció un precio adecuado.

Good amount of showers, cleaned well daily. We booked a two bed room. Good for couples and singles. Free internet. Can leave bags in luggage room if needed. Close to Puerta de Sol. Oh they recommend to take the Metro from Chamartin train station using Line 1 (blue line) to Tirso de Molina, but part of the blue line is under construction till mid September at least. Take Line 2 (red line) to the La Latina or Line 3 (yellow line?) to Sol. The girl at the reception desk was very nice. One

The first night I was all alone and wasn't scared at all. The second night I was with a friend and it made it that much better. The Pub Crawl that the events organizer told us about was amazing and everything was within walking distance from the hostel so I could go back to sleep or get anything I wanted conveniently! It's a great hostel :)
