someone on pc has took a lot of virus, it should be repaired and u should put some limits for guest to prevent this kind of problem.

From the outside it looks awful, from the inside it's OK. Clean rooms, nice beds, good showers. But beware to registrate the day upon your arrival. You're obliged to do so in Russia (new law), but the staff sometimes forgets to warn you. And you have to pay for that.

We felt very safe and secure in the Lenin hostel, the rooms and bathrooms were kept very clean and the staff (while a bit slow with check-in) were helpful and flexible.

Everything was OK except for cleanliness.
Hostel owners would probably be better off if they fire the current cleaning stuff and start paying to someone who actually does the job instead of chatting about guys all day long (seriously! I've heard them).
We've seen two cleaning ladies there - seems that they spent all day at the hostel (they were there in the morning, and in the evening when we got back). Yet, the shower was not cleaned at all - there still were the same nasty spots all over th

Lenin Hostel was pretty good...cheap, really clean, and a good location near the metro or an easy 15 minute walk down to Red Square. Although there were only two bathrooms, they were really, really well kept. The owners were fantastic...very, very helpful and super friendly, but the girls working the front desk were pretty rude.
