Location was fairly good, 2 metro stops from the duomo. Staff were helpful but not the most approachable people if you have a problem, but not many problems so not a big problem. Breakfast wasn't great, watery coffee and a croissant, bur the rooms are big, clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are nice with hot powerful showers! Chloe, from England ~ 12th May 2013

Un poco caro, pero no nos cobraron impuestos (lo que hacen todos los demás hostales en italia). Es muy comodo, y puedes pagar con tarjeta sin cargos extras. Hay personal todo el dia en la recepción, el desayuno no es gran cosa pero funciona. Cerca de la estación del metro, todo limpio y tiene una cocina donde puedes cocinar. worst hostel in milan so far we visited. We had flight from New york to Milan, we spend 9 hour in plane and got 5 hour time shift, just one think we was looking for was shower and bed. We came to the hostel at 12:00 to do check-in, receptionist told us that the room is not ready yet and we have to wait hour and half. We said ok we will go to see city and have some lunch. WE came after 2 and half hour back and guess what ? Room was not ready yet, we waited another 30 minutes ..to be continued.. Jan, from Czech Republic ~ 26th Mar 2013

El hostel mas caro que fui y fue el que mas me decepcionó. es grande pero no es muy lindo, a mi me parecio tetrico el color de las paredes y los muebles(todo negro y blanco). La ubicacion es normal, nada de otro mundo, tenes wifi y una computadora para usar. El desayuno no es bueno, hay una maquina de cafe y unas medialunas rellenas con mermelada que a no todos nos gusta, y con el precio que pagamos me imagine un gran desayuno. The heating in the room broke and there was very little what the staff was able to do. There wasn't even extra blankets to keep us warm. Although the staff nicely offered some extra cover sheets, we frozen during the night and caught cold for the remainder of our trip. The facility could really be improved. We loved this hostel.Everything was excellent.the staff were helpful, chatty and friendly.the breakfast was yum.The room was very clean and tidy.They stay open all day and you can come and go as you wish.They also looked after our bags for us on the last day after we had checked out.We would definitely stay there again.Highly recommended.
