The customer service was the worst. As soon as we register, the concierge was very rude and even said disrespectful comments in front of us. the room and the breakfast was good, but the customer service made us really unhappy. Not the worst place i have stayed in but definitely not the best. It's good to know that you can take a bus into Philly if you need to. Wouldn't recommend but on the same note, wouldn't have many reasons to de-swade. Cliental is not the best. Kevin, from British Virgin Islands ~ 14th Aug 2012
