Tropical Breeze Guesthouse/Apartments in , Saint Lucia

This is probably the best deal on the island in terms of a place to stay. They had hot showers air conditioning and it was in a residential neighborhood. They don't do a great job of explaining where it is. It is behind the police station in Gros Islet. There are not really street names all the time in St. Lucia so just find the police station. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Tropical Breeze. I could walk to Pigeon Island and the Rodney Bay beach/restaurants and it's only a couple blocks to the bars of Gros Islet for the jump up. The room was very clean and the A/C and TV worked. The room was cleaned everyday and I got fresh towels. Liston, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and always had excellent advice on transportation and entertainment. Buses are very close and easy to catch to Castries and from there, you can go anywhere. Cara, from USA ~ 12th Nov 2011
