Mazzini 16 Downtown in Pisa, Italy

Worst hostel I've stayed at. First - NOT under the tower. Arrived in the evening, no one opened the door - had to call them. They told me there was no staff there right now but that the keys was in a flowerpot(!) The hostel was just a small hallway and like 3 rooms, no common room or kitchen even though it said bed and breakfast on the sign. The room that i slept in had 4 beds, the lining was clean. NO STAFF showed up! Had to leave in the morning(they knew)called them - no answer. Couldn't pay Elin, from Sweden ~ 18th Jul 2012

I can not give a comments for this hotel, all fault between hostel.com with this hotel, our reservation do not appear at their list, so we stay at anotherhotel about 1 km from this hotel, it might be happen for everyone, in italy people sometimes have this problem as usualy such us our cancelation train for departure pisa to rome termini...
