It is a cozy small hostel and the hosts Carroll and Andre are very welcoming and helpful. To my surprise Andre also speaks German. The free pancakes for breakfast were great! The hostel is a bit off the tourist area, located in a normal residential neighbourhood, so prepare to walk 20-30 minutes to and from the Niagara Falls. A supermarket is located near the hostel. satisfied but room to improve, appreciate that it's very clean and neat and friendly staff, but a bit strict and mean, as a backpacker I don't expect too much but the "hostel experience", I respect your rule that if one check in outside 4pm-9pm you would charge $10 USD, but I do mind that after I checked out, while I was waiting for a bus and wanna cook my food before leaving, you complained that I had checked out and should not use the facility.
