We arrived on Friday 16th november from México. On Saturday someone entered to our room, reviewed our lagguage and used the bathroom and leaved dirty on it. We commented the problem and nobody did anything about it, or offer an apology, anything.Next monday when we were leaving the hotel we made a reservation for the shuttle that the service didn´t took correctly. Alan, I imagine is the concierge helped us to catch another ride on time, but we were about to loose our flight. Mayra, from Mexico ~ 15th Nov 2012

A very good hotel, central location, very helpful staff and clean spacious rooms. only down side and that was probably my fault when booking was having to pay taxes on top of the total that we had been quoted, I thought it was all included. Linda, from England ~ 2nd Apr 2012

Great location, the room was nicer than I expected. It was clean and comfortable, great shower. The breakfast was simple but good (muffins and coffee). I would stay again. Ana, from USA ~ 30th Mar 2012
