It's the only cheap place to stay in Kotor, so for that price, don't expect too much. It's quite an old building, very big, full of families and travelers. You only have hot water during 2 hours a day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening). Quite noisy. It's 20 min. by foot from the old town, but it's easy to get there and walk by the sea, so no problem.
