Franks is great! Free beer on arrival and an onsite bar make for a social place. Helpful map and intro to Riga on arrival. Hint for finding it - go round the back of the building! I think we were in a 16 person dorm but it was still fine - no probs.

Il peut y avoir beaucoup de bruit le soir (voir la nuit...). Sinon, très bon acceuil et très bon emplacament.
