This turned out to be the best option for us as a family on a tight budget. I would recommend this place to anyone. Its location is great, its clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Nice Hostel/Hotel. The only thing I didn´t "get"(understand) was the baguette breakfast, not really my thing these baguettes.

Basic hostel with friendly staff. In good location but street very noisy at night ie traffic people etc but maybe that's just Paris.
My grandchildren and I found the staff to be very pleasant, polite, and helpfull Rooms were cleaned daily .It was very close to the Metro and the shops. A TV set in the lounge would have been good.
Day staff was nice, night staff ok. The owner was a grumpy old man. No Wi-fi. The Hostel across the street had Wi-fi and were unhappy when we came begging to use it. They said that our owner was abusing their Wi-fi and that he should get his own.
