They could make more of the roof top area, needs a tidy up but would be a fab place to hang out. Vending machine for cold water, juce, breakfast stuff would also be great.

There are ALWAYS tons of people hanging around in the reception... staff off duty? The reception is tiny without people hanging around there. The staff on duty is very good at ignoring you, and not that good at actually finding you the bed you booked. Rooms are simple and clean enough though, and close to the metro but I wasn't impressed with what I got for the money…
Excellent location in Manhatten at Red Line 1,2&3; electronic systems (for key card, credit card) crashed, but one could live with that; a bit annoying is that there is no kitchen, only a bbq area, and no fridges at all. So only buy what you can eat within 2 days, milkproducts are not advisable!
