The hostel's social atmosphere was better than most other hostels. Only three computers were working for internet access, so there was always a long wait to use the computer. However they did allow FREE printing (up to 5 pages), which was definitely awesome.

I enjoyed staying at the Green Tortoise Hostel. I found just what I was expecting, I liked breakfasts, having a computer to use when I needed, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and nice staff always with a smile. I will definitely recomend it and come back another time. Thankyou!

Only steps away from the famous Pike Place Market and the worlds first Starbucks, the green tortoise provides everything for a money strapped traveller. Free waffle breakfast every morning, or you can have eggs, cereal or fruit, really good. 3 times a night you get excellent dinner all free. The beds are really good, nice and big with 4 sockets to each so you don't have to share and your own reading light. This hostel has a real homey feel with FREE internet, its ace!!!

We stayed at this great hostel which is perfectly located opposite to Pikes Place Market. I can really recommend the hostel. It was clean, the staff friendly and the various bath rooms were almost luxurious.
