St.Christopher's is not a bad hostel, but its along the "commercial" line of hostels so . . . you get good facilities, but little character. A big plus is that it is a very big hostel so you will have the opportunity to meet a LOT of other travelers.

Fun hostel, the lockers in the room are metal crates under the bed that were very loud and woke me up a few times, staff nice, and bar downstairs fun (although expensive). Kindof far away from the city, but close to a metro

St. Christopher's was by far one of the best hostels I've stayed at. The only negative thing is the location. It's in the 19th arrondissment, fairly far from the center of the city. However, there are a few metro stops a few blocks from the hostel. Otherwise, the staff is very helpful, and you can definitely get to meet a lot of people at this hostel. It was like home away from home, and I felt very comfortable here.
