Amazing staff! Helped plan a great hike out into the mountains. Completely made our stay at the property perfect!

I just slept there over a night, however I saw that it's clean and great staff welcome me with smile and hospitality service. I didn't go there to there for a holiday but I saw that THA Windermere provide many information of the activities both inside the hostel itself and outside activities. Thank you very much to all staff.
