Location of the Slane Farm Hostel is not excellent (I mean hard to find when it's dark) but with good direction from owners and a little help from nice local people we finally found it. But all trouble was worth! Our cottage was nice and clean and warm! Fully furnitured and equipped. It's really excellent pleace to visit Dublin, Drogheda and around. I fully recomend that pleace, owners are extra nice and hostel is better than any other I ever stayed in! :) Maggie

Lovely to be offered a cottage to ourselves without any extra cost and at their suggestion. We'll be back.
Great hostel, but no difficult to access on foot (down a road with little lighting and no sidewalks).
We've just been all over Europe but this was the nicest room we've had, for the best price! I'm not sure if the owner upgraded us to be nice but we booked a double room and got a huge cottage with lounge, kitchen, double and single bed and a bathroom. It was immaculate, huge, cosy and romantic. Great place, would love to stay again.
Our family enjoyed our stay at your place. Unfiortunate did we have other bookings for later nights, so we couldn't stay more than one night. Next time will we not drive so much!
