Very clean and friendly staff. Good location for the price. Close to the train station, so about a 15 minute walk to colloseum.The only down side is there is no air conditioner in the rooms, but staff provides fans. Elevator in building so that is a huge plus for those with luggage!

Claudia was very friendly and helpful! Although our flight was late and we arrived in the middle of the night she was waiting for us. We stayed at an apartment fairly close to the Vatican. Very good location. The room was nice and clean, with shower and air conditioning. Nice stay!

This place is pretty much in the city center. Very easy to get anywhere fast. We were able to see and do everything we wanted to in the two days we were there. However, do not expect to meet people at this place...there's only a couple other rooms and it's not a really social environment. Other than that though, everything was great!

Claudia from B&T Rooms was very helpful and patient. Our apartment was located in a pleasant area close to Vatican City and not in Termini because of a little accident with the bookings. The room was tidy and so were the toilet and the shower. The environment was very quiet too. However when booking this hotel you must remember that there's no breakfast or kitchen facilities. In B&T Rooms the value for price is excellent if you only need the most necessary equipment. Our only complaint is about
