Residenza Gardenia in Alghero, Italy

Recently built, Residenza Gardenia is located 50 meters from the beach of Lido di Alghero.

On four floors, it is made of 61 fully furnished apartments.
The residence is provided with lifts, a new and modern swimming pool with a section reserved for children and a large private parking.

Downstairs you will find a supermarket and a bar, managed by external companies. The center of Alghero is about 1500 meters and is connected by buses which leave every 30 minutes.

The apartments are fully furnished and of two different types, for 4 or 6 persons.
