The complex overlooks the sea at the entrance of the city in the Maria Pia area. The centre of Alghero is at about 1,800 m and is served by buses leaving every 30 minutes.

The building has three floors and comprises 41 fully furnished apartments. Inside it features private parking and a swimming pool with children's section, at guests' disposal.

The apartments are of three different types, for 4, 6 and 8 people. Fully furnished, all have heating / air conditioning, safe and satellite TV.
