Cheaper and clean Pension with bright rooms. Free WIFI access in all the property. All rooms have TV, towels and a sink. Air conditioning and heating (depending on availability).
We are just in the main commercial zone of Alicante. Just a few meters from ZARA, El Corte Ingles, Benetton ...). A lot of shops, restaurants and many other services.
Just a few minutes walking to the beach and \'El barrio\' for the party ;)
We have a bus stop a few meters from the property that goes to the airport, and also you can get this bus to came to our pension, the line of the bus is C-6).
If you get a bus to came to Alicante, we are just the closest property, 5 minutes walking. If you get a car, we are next to \'Avenida Maisonnave\' in the city center, the main commercial street of Alicante
- If you want an specific room (with balcony, a quiet room, etc) please let us know and if we have availability we will give you that specific room.
- Remember that in the rooms with shared bathroom, you have a sink with a mirror in your room with hand-towels, but if you want a big towel for the outside shower, you must ask one for free in the reception.
We are indeed a guesthouse (not a hotel), so don\'t be surprised by the residential appearance of our reception and rooms.
We cater to those looking for a clean, friendly place to stay while going out on their own to explore all that Alicante has to offer.
VERY IMPORTANT: To make the reservation correctly, we will charge only the price of the first night on your credit card.
