To preserve and maintain our laid-back and smooth atmosphere we do not permit pets or persons under 16 years of age.

From our central location you can easily access and visit other Dutch cities such as Haarlem to see its beautiful architecture, Alkmaar with its cheese market, the old fish harbour in Volendam and the experience the countryside in Edam.

We provide free internet access, kitchen use, free breakfast and no curfew in our hostel. We've got a good breakfast with bread, eggs, cereal, milk, juice and coffee.

Other services that the hostel provides for free are tea and coffee, walking tour, maps, tourist information and advice from our multilingual staff. Our international staff is young, dynamic and very helpful. Bicycle rental and laundry services are close by as well as a supermarket.

Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings for persons under 16 years of age or allow pets in the hostel. We accept cash only for payment on arrival.

Please contact us if you're running late for check-in, so we can keep your room for you. We have a 72hr cancellation policy. Cancellations are only accepted by email. Prices do not include a 5% city tax, which shall be added to your balance upon arrival. Payment is due upon arrival in cash only, please. For group bookings (six or more people) there is a two-week cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows by groups shall be charged for 100% of their total booking. During Easter, Queen's Day and the New Years Period, we have a two-week cancellation policy. During this time, late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged for 100% of their total booking. At New Years’ (30th, 31st Dec & 1st, 2nd and 3rd Jan 2010) and Easter periods we require a 4 night maximum stay. We shall pre-authorise the given credit card (not a charge); unfortunately we will cancel your reservation if we cannot get authorisation.
