A recently converted hotel, we are proud to have some of the nicest dorm rooms of any hostel in the country, cleaned daily by our friendly and helpful housekeeping staff! I thought that the kitchen was too small for the amount of guests it was catering for. The dorms were not cleaned properly and only had small lockers which you could not fit a backpack or suitcase in. The shower overflowed and saturated the bathroom floor. The staff did not seem interested in helping guests out. We were woken up a midnight one night by a staff member because someone was in the wrong bed and they needed to work out who was in the wrong bed/room.
