Villa Arcipelago in Cefalu, Italy

Villa Arcipelago is a terraced house in a quiet residence in the countryside about 1.5 kms from Cefalú center. It has two floors and it is surrounded by a garden. There is a private access to a beach of pebbles and rocks.
In the residence there are fresh water swimming pool (open from 01/07 to 15/09), tennis courts, gazebos and shaded places, private parking.

The house is composed on the ground floor of a bright living room, kitchen brick fully furnished, one bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room leads directly to the garden arbor, furnished with outdoor furniture for dining out. Equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower. Upstairs connected by a wooden staircase there are two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

The consumption of air conditioning and heating systems are always payable locally according to the consumption.
Towels and bed linen: 12€ per person
Final cleaning: 70€
