You'll find spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, three miles of sandy beach and sea birds, seals and dolphins in the local Marine Conservation Area. There's surfing, power-kitting, coasteering and horse riding for action-seekers and the gentler South West Coast Path for walkers. The hostel is self-catering only, but there are cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby.

Reception is open until 21.30hrs, key code access is available after this time. Overnight parking is 250 metres away in cliff-top car park. Surf lessons can be organised with locally qualified instructors. The hostel is unsuitable for under 3's, due to it's cliff-top location.
