I had so much troubles with my booking. They gave me the wrong room, and thenthe owner wanted me to pay more for this. The showers are horrible, they just dont have hot water or they dont have even water! If you can, dont book this hostel! Caio, from Brazil ~ 3rd Apr 2013

I did the reservation for this hostel but when i arrived there, they offered me a room in the hsotel in front (majuma) and it was a coplete mess. The room was too small, dirty and permanent glass window that could not br adjusted. There is nothing in the share bathroom (no toilet paper and a bit dirty). They said that i must have a breakfast at brighthostel eventhough theyputme in the room in another hostel and i wasn't readyuntil 8am. For me itis a complete fraud as i need to pay the same price Kartono, from Canada ~ 8th Mar 2013
