Attention: ***Please make sure your passport and Chinese visa have not passed its expiry date.In particular, the Chinese customer can only allowed to use domestic id card check in.

I booked a double ensuite room on the internet, but when I arrived with my girlfriend we were told we had made a mistake and given a twin bed room with no ensuite bathroom. The staff were quite unhelpful and refused to give us the room we had booked. Additionally, we were told that, as a foreign man, I could not stay in a double room with my Chinese girlfriend, because of Chinese law. We never had this problem anywhere else.
