Euro Hostel Edinburgh Halls is open from June 7th until September 1st 2013.
Rooms are all private, lockable singles or twins in shared self-catering apartments with lounge, kitchen, bathroom etc. Right in the Heart of Edinburgh!!
Each year, Euro Hostels Ltd lease university apartment accommodation while the students are on their summer vacation.
Kincaids Court is situated just a 5-10 minutes walk from Waverley Station, right on Cowgate and just one block from the Royal Mile within an easy walk of Edinburgh Castle, Grassmarket and all local attractions. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Edinburgh, whether in town for the festival, sightseeing, touring Scotland or working over the summer.
The accommodation comprises self-contained, fully equipped apartments for either 3, 4, 5 or 12 people. All rooms are private and either twin or single bedded, sharing ample bathroom facilities (wc, whb and shower) and have within the apartment a lounge and kitchen with sink, electric stove, oven and fridge freezer. Its an ideal set up whether you are in town with a group or travelling on your own.
Please note, reservations of over 10 people must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival. You will be contacted when payment is due.
All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, bed linen and even towels are provided. You can just turn up and move in!
Self-service laundry facilities are available and washing powder can be bought at reception. In fact, we sell all sorts of necessities at reception. From an extensive range of tours, activities and souvenirs to breakfast items and toothpaste, we�ve got it covered.
All rooms are equipped with telephones that are linked to reception. We also sell special phone cards for external calling.
Breakfast is not included in the room fee but can easily be arranged at a competitive price.
We also have a large number of parking spaces available with an overnight charge of just 15.00 for guests.

Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs and there was no elevator so that was not so great. Good value though. These are University dorm rooms. Kind of stuffy but overall a good value. Paula, from USA ~ 19th Jun 2013

Very good location and nice staff. Big kitchen and lounge area in the apartments. The rooms were okay, but the mattresses were awful to sleep in, you could feel every spring. In three days I\'ve never saw someone clean the bathrooms or toilets, so the cleanliness was not very good. Gianna, from Germany ~ 5th Sep 2012
