TV, telephone, air conditioner, heat system are installed in each room as well as a bathroom with 24 hours hot water. The Phuntsok Kasang International Youth Hostel is the only hostel has the bathroom and 24 hours hot water in every room (including the multiple rooms).

Staff doesn't speak english. They mixed our bookings, then cancelled some and didn't want to give us our prepaid money back. There is no kitchen and internet was not working sometimes. Later when we were checking out they told us that they were wrong, and they gave us lower price so they will take the difference from our deoposit. Highly not recommended hostel.
