This 2 bedroom Apartment is one of 4 AAE Properties in New York. Designed for backpackers and budget travelers wishing to stay 'long term' in New York.
We are located just 2 blocks from the 'E' Subway line, which takes you direct into and back from Manhattan. This line also services directly to the JFK Airport and connects with the Airtrain. Our location enables you to stay within minutes of City Center New York , on a budget and ground floor apartment.
Perhaps you have an internship, long vacation stay, or just want to experience 'living in New York'. Our low monthly rate allows you to book a min of 21 days up to 90 days at less then 12 USD per person per day.
Our Apartments are tied in with our hostels and hotels, allowing you to check in at a 24 hour reception, yet have the privacy of a fully furnished apartment. Complete with TV, Beds, Kitchen, Internet and WiFi.
Please note: A 7 day stay booking is required. If you are only staying in New York for a day or 2 , you must still pay for the entire 7 days.
Special check in arrangements will be emailed to you after you make a booking.
Booking must be min 5 days unless you have made email request. AAE Hostels does not manage the day to day operation at the apartments. Services are limited. These apartments are designed for long term stays

i was in this apartment for 3 weeks i had a wonderfull time, i invited all my friends to join me there and they had fun too, the place is really convinient, it is close to two diffrent subway stations, there are two supermarket attatched to the place and a laundery place across the street, and a many places to buy food near by,the guy own the place named pierre he is really nice and helpfull and clean thr beathroom every day, i will come back for sure Read Owner Comments Assaf, from Israel ~ 20th Sep 2012
