A rich Italian breakfast, included in the price, consists of homemade cakes and jams, briokes, cookies, biscuits, fruit juices, yogurt, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, herbal teas, is served in elegant lounge adjacent to terrace.
The B & B rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, color TV and free Wi Fi.
Its central location, adjacent to the train station and bus station and 1 km from the airport allows our guests to comfortably reach every corner of Pisa and the cities of Tuscany making it ideal for leisure or work.

The welcoming is warm and familiar, at the arrival we welcome you and give you the keys, and then you will be totally independent.

For arrivals in different time, please arrange in advance with direction.
Therefore, please inform us and call us 30 minutes before reaching the B & B
for the delivery of the keys
Parking-services
The parking lot is across the B&B with payment. It's free from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am and on holidays
We can offer our guests a shuttle service from/to the airport. (€10)
The B&B is located in the center of Pisa. Cathedral and the Tower of Pisa a 5 minutes walk, as well as the Lungarni, the University, the City, the Teatro Verdi
The main shopping street Corso Italia is very closer to us
For the hospital or S Chiara Cisanello the Lam comfortable bus stop are in front of the B & B, as well as to the Palazzo dei Congressi.
The port of Livorno, where you can go to Sardinia or Isola d'elba, is only 18 km away.
