F&F Property has a great location, with swimming pool and just beside the famous surfers' beach Playa Brava in Punta del Este. Thanks to this privileged location, you will able to enjoy the sea view and practice your surfing, while still being very close to the city centre.

Here at the guesthouse we offer good rooms with shared facilities, common areas, garden, bar, kitchen, parking, swimming pool, BBQ, surf lessons, motorbikes for rent and much more.
Run by young people that keep everything clean and in order but want you to have a really chill experience without formalities.

Stop 6 Playa Brava, Carlos Vaz Ferreira St between M`Hijo el Dotor and Cantaro fresco
When you arrive at the bus terminal, take a bus in direction to La Barra. Leave at bus stop No. 5 and step into Avenida Chiverta for some meters before you turn to Cantaro Fresco street on the right. Follow it to the end - right in front of you is F&F Hostel!
You can also walk, just have to follow the beach Playa Brava (where The Fingers are) until bus stop No. 5 and then follow the instructions above. It will take you about 15 min.
Doesn´t matter if you come to relax, have fun, meet people, or for the hottest nightlife in Punta, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE CHRISTMAS TIME. 24 Dec to 10 Jan cancellations must be done at least 10 days prior arrival, otherwise the first night will be charged and the deposit not refunded.

Nice hostel with great staff who upgraded us to a twin instead of a dorm room as it was quiet! Unfortunately it rained solidly while we were there but the free internet and good kitchen made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Steven, from England ~ 25th Mar 2013

There was only one bathroom where you could take a shower and it was a bathroom with no ventilation. We booked a private room for two and it was horrible, no windows and barely space for the bed, very sofocating at night. We asked for a room change, all rooms were booked. We moved to a shared room and asked for the difference. It was hard to get it, they tryed to cheat us with the change,giving us less money that what they should.
