The staff we had to deal with could not solve our problems. We thought we reserved a room for 6, they wanted to separate us 3 in a four bed room 2 in another four bedded room.We chose to stay 5 in a four bedded room and they promised to put a bed in the room next which they did but the bed was rock hard.They brought dirty extra pillows. The room was carpeted and very dirty and there were bugs.This was my first stay at a hostel and probably will be last one. The location was also terrible. Ozlem, from Turkey ~ 3rd Sep 2012
