Society Backpackers Hotel is ideally situated along the main road of Jalan Besar, tucked amidst the colourful and vibrant food & shopping area of Little India. The hostel is in an old styled colonial building with a rooftop terrace that overlooks old charmed pre-war shophouses, modern buildings, condominiums and shopping malls.
The bunk beds are made of solid steel, comfortable linens and duvets. Personal lockers are provided for your to safely store your important belongings.

Society hostel is quite good. The bathroom wall and staircase is not clean. No mirror even in the bathroom.they should put a mirrorenought for the body especially at the female room and not so small.The front must be clean (glass doors )so that once your client arrives they have already the empression that the hostel is clean.I was disappointed when a staff told me "this is not a call center" when my guest asked to used the landline phone to ring me up.
