i was there for 2days and i guess 2days are fair enough to get this experience. you should take care of the rules to be out of capsule between 10 am to 4pm, public bath is really crowded and in good condition. smells a bit of foot perspiration in the whole hotel. living room was good, wifi availability poor. i only paid 10 usd a day more to have another accomodation more in the south, shibuya, hotel fukudaya, which was more worthy. so, try this capsule for 1 or 2 days as a POI, but then look fo Sten, from Germany ~ 10th Apr 2013
