FROM THE AIRPORT: If you arrive at Valencia airport between 05.30 and 23.00 the best way to get to the hostel is by taking the Metro which will take you just in front of the Train Station (Estación del Norte). Get the line 5 (GREEN) and get off at the stop called Xàtiva (after A. Guimera stop). From there follow our directions from the train station. FROM THE TRAIN STATION: 15 minutes walking. Walk straight out of the train station towards Plaza Ayuntamiento. Walk past the fountain (leaving it on your right hand side) until you get to Citibank. Here, take the left fork (Avenida Maria Cristina).Keep straight on and leaving on your left hand side the Central Market you’ll see on your right side La Lonja. Follow until the end where Calle Bolseria starts. Turn right into and keep going until you reach a square. You’ll see a shop called Showroom. Past this shop on the left you´ll get to a square where you’ll see a church. Hôme Backpackers is right next.
FROM THE BUS STATION: 10 minutes walking. At the main entrance go turn left and follow the bed of the ancient Turia River, now a lovely park. At the first bridge (Puente de las Artes) turn right and pass the park, you will reach the Museum of Contemporary art IVAM, leave it on your left and go on through the street called Guillem de Castro, after 300 meters turn left into the street called Pintor Zariñena, after 200 meters you will reach a square called Plaza Vicente Iborra with a church, just beside it there is Hôme Backpackers.
FROM THE PORT: Once outside the port, go straight towards Avenida de Francia (5 minutes walk) and catch bus no. 19. Get off at Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Take the Avenida María Cristina and you’ll see the Central Market (on the left) and La Lonja (on the right). Pass them and reach the end of the street.
