Green Star Hostel is the ideal choice for you to get the most out of your trip to Vina del Mar. We aim to welcome you, assist you and keep you safe so you can enjoy all the marvels of this 'City Garden'. If you are backpacker come to enjoy with us the comfortable installation, the chilean culture and the best Vina del Mar area. We are within walking distance of all Vina del Mar places. Close to the San Martin Avenue, Bars, restaurants, Casino and the beaches. It is the more security area, because we are just 1 block to the police station.
So we are close to the all places and our house hidden in the heart of the city
Our hostel features: Free Wi-Fi, Chill out, smoking area and no smoking area, free linen, free bag storage on early arrival, guest kitchen and free breakfast.
Directions to Hostel :
From the airport, take a bus 'Centro-puerto' to Pajaritos bus station and then buy a bus ticket to Vina del Mar. When you arrive to Vina del Mar Bus Station, go to Arlegui and take a city bus (micro) number 412 (CLP$350) or city car (colectivo) number 118 (CLP550). In Libertad Avenue with 4 norte you walk to 3 poniente turn right until the house 369. If you want come walk from the bus station use the same instruction.
Check out: 10:30 hrs.
Check in: 13:00 hrs.
Between 10:30 to 13:00 hours, you should to pay half day. More of the 13:00 hrs you will pay a full day.

The people working there were very sweet and helpful. Good location, just a few blocks from the beach & casinos. Although, the facilities were a bit lacking... the bathroom floors were always disgustingly dirty and the one bath/shower that they had had hair all over it. pretty disgusting. The smaller shower sometimes flooded the other bathroom I've heard. But a very nice common area outside (but nowhere to sit & hang out inside), and wonderful breakfast bread. Green Star Hostels es un lugar creado por mochileros y para mochileros. La atención y calidéz de sus dueños David y Pablo, hace que te sientas como en casa. Siempre tienen buena onda y tratan de ayudarte y aconsejarte sobre los lugares que uno quiere conocer. Es excelente parar en Viña del Mar y desde ahí trasladarse a otros lugares de la costa. El hostel es una casa, hermosa, antigua, remodelada con muy buen gusto y baños nuevos. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa y de la termi Silvina, from Argentina ~ 11th Jan 2013
