Matterhorn South Lodge is located near the centre of Wanaka township and is just a short walk from the lake.

We offer you the option of either lodge or backpacker accommodation - you choose!

All lodge rooms sleep up to four people, have ensuite bathrooms, fridge and television. The top floor overlooks the lake and mountains, plus there's a fully equipped kitchen.

The backpackers' rooms are clean and cosy with easy access to all facilities and the sunny decks.

Office/reception hours are 0800-2000. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival, or your card will be charged.
