drive along the SS 16 for Lecce/Leuca and follow the road towards Lecce; when you arrive near Lecce, follow the road towards Maglie/Leuca. The exit for Scorrano is after that for Maglie and about 35 Km from Lecce. Leave the highway at the second exit for Scorrano. At the first traffic lights, turn on the left and keep on driving for 1810 m towards Supersano. The entry of the village is on the right corner of a little crossing.
From Brindisi Airport:
drive along the SS379 for Brindisi. In Brindisi the SS379 turns into the SS16 for Lecce/Leuca. From this point follow the hints given above.
