How to find us?
From the main railway station Keleti Plyaudvar (Eastern Railway Station)

take the red metro line in direction of Dli Plyaudvar and get off at the second stop Astria. Take the exit Mzeum krt, to the left, and walk along Mzeum krt on hte side of the East-West Business Center. Then pass the National Museum and turn left at the corner where you can see Pepsi sign on the side wall of a building. It is a Baross utca. Keep on walking on the left, along Reviczky utca. At the end you will find a redbick building. this is the Mikszth Klmn tr No. 4 where you will find the Budapest Civil Hostel. Press the bell continuously and we will welcome you on the first floor, second door to the right.


From Nyugati Plyaudvar (Western Reailway Station)

Take the blue metro (subway) line to Kbnya-Kispest and get off at the 4th stop Klvin tr and take the left exit Baross utca, then follow the instructions as above.


From the international bus station 'Npliget'

Take the blue metro line (No.3) in direction of jpest-Kzpont and get off at the 4th stop Klvin tr. Then follow the instructions as indicated above.

Note: The METRO service runs from 4.30 - to 23.10 hours every day.

By Airport Minibus: You can take the Airport Minibus -which is cheaper than a taxi if you are alone. The fee is 3.000 Forint per passenger.

WARNING! In Budapest you need to punch a new ticket every time you change metro lines, buses or trams, so risk of getting a fine. On the lines M2 and M3 the ticket is valid half hour if you travel in the same direction. On the M1 line the ticket is valid 30 minutes. A ticket cost 300,- Forint (approx. 1.20 euros).
