Directions to Carlton House, Edinburgh
Directions from Edinburgh Airport.
Your host can arrange an Airport pick up from 29. please enquire well in advance of arrival date, to booking transport and/or correct tarriff applicable. A Free pickup service is available from the city centre (bus or rail station) to the guest house, courtesy of Carlton House. Please contact the guesthouse in advance for either of the two services (preferable at time of booking).
Otherwise guests can take the city shuttle bus from the airport to the city centre. This bus will drop you off on Princes Street and Waverly Station.
Directions from the City Centre:
Carlton house is very accessible from the centre of the city. Guest travelling on the bus can take bus number 3,7,8,29,31,37 or 49. All of which leave from Princes Street.
Alternatively a short walk from Princes street will take you to the Carlton House.
-Leaving Princes Street follow directions for the Royal mile North Bridges located in the Old Town section of Edinburgh.
-Continue downhill for approx 1 mile, passing Nicholson StreeT, South Clerk Street, Minto Street, (ALL ONE ROAD) the Carlton House is located at 15 Mayfield Gardens, on the left hand side.
