Lagan Backpackers in Belfast, Northern Ireland

Please make sure you get directions for the right hostel. Lagan Hostel and Lagan Backpackers are two different hostels!!

From Belfast international you have two choices.
A taxi from the airport is around 35, or you can take the Airport shuttle which leaves from the left as you exit the airport (runs every 30 minutes and cost 7) to the Europa bus station. From there you can walk or take a taxi (but dont pay more than 4.50); another option is to walk over to Dublin road and take bus number 7 a.b or c or bus number 29a,b or c. Get off at the top of Botanic avenue at the old Theological college. The street running down basically across from the bus stop is called College Green for the first 50 meters then it becomes Fitzroy ave. We are at the top of the street on the left at number 121.

From City airport you can take the airbus to Europa Bus centre.And follow directions above. A taxi will be around (6.50) ASK THE TAXI BEFORE YOU TAKE IT HOW MUCH. SOMETIMES THEY TAKE THE MICKEY AND TRY AND CHAGE 10 TO 15. Dont pay more than 7 at most.

Walking from Europa takes about 20 minutes walk if you dont rush too much...
