I recommend taxi for about 20 euro to: 18 Glen Eagles, triq il-Gogi, Swieqi. (tell the driver it's on the backside of Garden view hotel)

Public transportation: You take bus nr 8 to Valletta and change to bus 64 and get off at Garden View Hotel in Swieqi (Room 4 You is around the block on the backside). Bus 68 would be your second choice and get off at Luxol grounds. If you take any of the other 60x buses, just get off at St Julians Terminus in Paceville

If you want to save money but be comfortable, you can take the bus to St Julians and call Wembleys Taxi (+356 2134141) which has cheap fares and their garage is just around the corner from the bus stop. Taxi would take you 2-3 minutes and cost you 5-7 euro.
