If you step out of the Central Station, follow the road in front of you called Damrak (this is the main street from Central Station). You can find this street by looking out for the 'Victoria Hotel'. Once you're on the Damrak, take a first left walking towards 'The Grasshopper'. Take a second right and you're in the Warmoestreet. Here, on the left side, you'll see 'The White Tulip Hostel' at number 87.
